Thank you for choosing myStrength, an application developed by MutinyApps ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we handle information in our application.

Your privacy is important to us. The core functionality of myStrength is designed to work entirely offline, and your personal workout data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

1. Information We Collect

We collect very limited information, which can be broken down into two categories:

a) Information You Provide to Us

This is the data you generate while using the app. It is essential for the app to function and includes:

• Workout Routines: Any custom workouts you create, including names, exercises, sets, reps, weights, speeds, and durations.

• Exercise Data: Any custom exercises you create.

• Workout History: Logs of your completed workout sessions, including dates, times, and the details of each set or cardio event you perform.

• Settings: Your preferences for units of measurement (e.g., lbs/kg).

This information is stored only on your device's local storage. We do not have access to it, and it is not sent to any external server.

b) Information Collected Automatically (in the Free Version)

The free version of myStrength is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To display relevant ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain information, which includes:

• Device Information: Such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, and operating system.

• General Location Information: Inferred from your IP address.

• App Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the ads shown in the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide and Improve the App: Your workout data is used exclusively to provide the features of the app, such as displaying your workout history, tracking your max lifts, and remembering your preferences.

• To Support the Free Version: In the free version of the app, automatically collected data is used by Google AdMob to serve personalized advertisements.

3. In-App Purchase for Ad-Free Version

If you choose to upgrade to the ad-free version of myStrength, the process is handled securely by the Google Play Billing service. We do not collect, see, or store any of your payment information, such as credit card details.

Upon a successful purchase, the Google AdMob SDK is disabled, and the automatic data collection for advertising purposes will cease.

4. Data Security

Your personal workout data is as secure as your device. We rely on the security measures of the Android operating system to protect the app's local data.

5. Children's Privacy

myStrength is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
